Hope the Mikron theatre night is a good one, it is many years since we have seen them, but I remember at the Packhorse in Longport, my friend Di and I brought the performance to a standstill.  The play was a comedy and it was superb, however, we laughed so much that the cast were unable to carry on until we regained our composure!  In those days Mark Williams was with the company (Arthur Weasley in Harry Potter films)

Hi Everyone

This week we have.....

Tuesday Spittalbrook Session, normal mix of acoustic music and scramble for the best seats! Get there early! A small reminder to the folks going on the Spittalbrook Scottish Skirmish, your subs are about due, please see Marg or Ant.

Wednesday has the Pie and Ale sit 'n listen club. Last time was wonderful, and this is fast becoming a favourite venue for both performers and the audience. And it's still FREE ADMISSION! It always starts on time (8.00pm) so get down early for the best seats and don't forget to buy your raffle ticket!

Thursday brings the Mikron Theatre to the Anchor at High Offley - take your own chair and wrap up warm.

There has been a fair amount of interest in the 'Stafford meets Stroud' idea, but it looks like a Saturday may be difficult for some people, so it will probably be a Sunday at either the Star or the Upton Muggery - please let me know if you are interested and what dates you can/can't do.

Thanks to all who attended the Crown this week, cracking night out and very nice to see some faces from the dim and distant past! Hope they will be able to make it again.

Hope to see you at one or more of the above

Cheers

Steve
