Rosie Doonan Trio/Gilmore:Roberts

Hello again, Tomorrow's gig (March 23) is going to have to go some to match last Wednesday's but we are quietly confident! Rosie Doonan appearing with her new trio (Gary Stewart-guitar, vocals and Sam Lawrence-guitar, vocals, mandolin and accordion) always goes down a storm in these parts. Ever present is her beautiful voice and a clutch of catchy tunes from her third cd 'Pot of Gold'. An extended support slot comes from ex-Snapdragon Katriona Gilmore and Kerfuffle's Jamie Roberts fresh from a 30-odd date tour supporting Fairport Convention. Kat and Jamie are themselves promoting their excellent new cd 'Up From The Deep' and believe me they pack quite a punch! So should be good.
